This one is really simple. Just send an E-mail to vineetguptablog@gmail.com with “Subscribe” in the subject and updates will automatically be sent to you at that E-mail address.

2. Updates via SMS

Brand new. To subscribe, just click here. You recieve an SMS every time there is a new post, totally free of cost.

3. Subscribe via RSS

The Blog’s RSS feed is located at http://vineetgupta.wordpress.com/feed/

You can use any feed reader to subscribe to the blog. The feed is non-condensed and convenient.

About RSS and feeds

Well, many people still don’t know about RSS ho here’s a short RSS tutorial. RSS is the easiest way to keep track of all pages which update at regular intervals.

Suppose there is a page which you want to keep track of (and be notified) whenever it updates.

What do you do? You look for one of the commonest icons on the net.

This icon signifies a feed. A feed is a content delivery system for each website which can be subscribed to. Once you subscribe to a feed, all new posts to all the pages you have subscribed to are delivered to you instantly and efficiently in an E-mail like pattern.

You can subscribe to feeds in a variety of ways. I use Google Reader. If you know nothing about feeds, you should too.
